The Miafit Totem was born from the desire to unite sport and art without compromise. Passionate about design, trends, and fitness, childhood friends and business partners for eight years (Miasun acquired by Fatboy), Hortense and Valériane envisioned a minimalist, exceptional object.
The fitness accessories integrated into their Totem were chosen to suit any home workout video, while the custom-made materials draw inspiration from interior design codes.
Every detail was designed for functionality and to blend seamlessly into the most sophisticated interiors. This way, you can practice Pilates, yoga, meditation, or strength training in the best possible conditions.
MIAFIT REINVENTS HOME FITNESS
There’s a moment—between waking up and your first coffee—when everything can change. The moment you unroll a soft mat, feel the ground under your feet, settle your breath, and bring your body back into motion.
That moment—the return to yourself—is why we imagined the Totem.
A sculptural object inspired by movement and art. A piece that stays in your living room or bedroom corner, a daily reminder: “Take a moment each day—no matter how short—to stretch, strengthen, or simply breathe, and it will change your life!”
We selected six essential fitness accessories for Pilates, yoga, and strength training: a peach-skin-effect mat, two magnetic bricks like a kinetic sculpture, a ball that bounces like breath, two dumbbells to lengthen your muscles, ankle weights to level up your sessions, and a resistance band to sculpt your lower body smoothly.
We assembled them into a sculptural work to inspire you to move every day.
We added laptop and phone stands so you can follow your workouts on-screen while staying present, and designed the storage system we’d always missed.
Miafit is not just a home fitness set. It’s an invitation to move, to ground yourself, to breathe, to be—at home, for yourself—in beauty, motion, and freedom.
