Delivery

We deliver to all member countries of the European Union.

For any requests outside this area, please contact our team.

Our products are delivered in person with an upstairs delivery service. Your Totem is shipped in its dedicated case for optimal protection during transport. Every piece of packaging is recyclable.

Any order placed before 12:00 PM (French time) is shipped the same day.

The choice of carrier depends on the country, weight, size, and composition of the parcel. It is managed by our logistics partner.

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will indicate the procedures for collection or re-delivery, under the responsibility of the carrier.

Delivery fees depend on your address and the number of Totems ordered.

Important Information

Miafit cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customer’s unavailability despite multiple delivery attempts.

In case of a damaged parcel or a non-compliant product, the customer must contact our customer service team via the contact form within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization.

Delivery fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Returns

Order with confidence — you have 14 days to request a return.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and clean, and returned with their original packaging and labels.

Any item unsuitable for resale (damaged, used, dirty, without packaging or labels) will be refused.

If you receive a non-compliant or damaged product, return shipping costs will be refunded, provided you supply supporting photos.

• Pilates Ball: Wipe thoroughly and check for any cracks.

• Silicone Dumbbells: Wash with soapy water, rinse, and dry carefully.
